The River to River project is an educational, ecological, poetic and civic initiative focused on the theme of water.

Adapted to the different locations and audiences, it is intended for Europeans of all ages, linked together by the magical thread of the rivers and streams that cross it.

They unite the continents and nurture different peoples, cultures and languages.

The project highlights the importance of water and the environmental issues we face today.

The creative part, proposes to the participants to make boats out of recyclable paper, to bring a message to the other person, to the one who lives upstream on the other bank.

The symbolic launching of these boats is the occasion of an event that will be filmed to produce a documentary.  «Tell me your River», to be broadcast to other citizens along the way.

This program was supported by LEADER in 2020: France-Italy-Spain.

Sponsored by Christian Buchet, a leading expert on the sea, and Laurent Touchart, a limnologist and professor of geography at the University of Orleans.
